enjoys a three-course paleo dinner at Moorish Blue!
On Wednesday, Pete Evans and his guests visited our North Sydney Tunisian restaurant to try our modern North African cuisine. We had the pleasure of serving them a three-course paleo dinner, featuring the ethical and high-quality meats from Cleaver's, The Organic Meat Company.
As one of the most well-known chefs in Australia and My Kitchen Rules (MKR) judge, our chefs were delighted catch up with and share their culinary specialities with Evans, in the form of his preferred dietary style. Evans' and his two lucky guests, winners of a competition with Cleaver's Organic Meat, enjoyed the following personalised menu:

NB: Honey is the only sweetener used in this menu. Everything is dairy- and wheat-free; the Brika is made with coconut flour.
